Common questions
What happens when the beta ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. Paid plans are not live yet — when they open, you choose a plan yourself or stay on Starter. Your trade history stays either way.
Do I lose anything by staying on Starter?
No trades and no history. Starter keeps the dashboard, trade log and CSV export; the Pro pages read deeper analysis from the same data you already have, so upgrading later works on your full history.
How does Journex get my trades?
An Expert Advisor runs on your MT5 terminal and sends each position after it closes. It only reads — it does not open trades, does not touch your SL or TP, and never asks for your account password. Setup guide →
Can I use more than one MT5 account?
Yes — one webhook URL per terminal. Starter covers one account, Pro covers five. Each stays separate: demo, live and challenge accounts never get mixed into one number.
Is this financial advice?
No. Journex describes what already happened in your own trade history. It does not predict outcomes and does not tell you what to trade.
